Villa Montbel

This Fabel Houses is in Pyla, on the Arcachon basin. Emmanuel Cazals restored and enlarged this typical “Neo-Basque” building of the region, in total respect of its style. Its ideal location and large terrace offer breathtaking views of the sea and its unparalleled sunsets. As a tribute to the Dune and as a response to the landscape, Emmanuel placed the swimming pool in a sandy space. The decoration features the signature Les Maisons Fabel style, such as the cement tiles designed specifically in honor of Pyla, the large modern black kitchen and its original fruit and vegetable bar, the theme of the rooms that invites you to travel, and a games room, for everyone’s enjoyment.
